This app is for anyone in the service industry: bartenders, servers, nail technicians, hair stylists, barbers, front desk clerks, housekeepers, etc. Anyone that serves the public.

How does the Star Rating work?

After you create your account, you will provide a fan your QR code to scan to review, rate, and follow you.

It is that simple.

If you have a bad experience with a guest, you can choose not to share you QR code.

You are in control of who rates, reviews, and follows you.

Receiving a Rating & Review

You will receive a notification on your phone that someone rated you.

Open your app and see your positive rating and review.

You will be rated for:

Overall Service
Friendliness
Accuracy

Managing Reviews from Fans

When a fan reviews you, you will receive a notification on your phone.

Open your app and read their review. If you approve it, you post it.

If it is not flattering, don’t post it.

If it is inappropriate, remove them as your fan.

You are in control.

How does the app work?

When creating your Star account, add a current photo of yourself so that your Fans recognize you.

Select your specific occupation from the drop down menu, only one occupatiion is aloud per Star account at this time.

Enter your current employer and input information about you. You can have up to two employers on your Star account.

Most importantly, select if you are interested in other employers reaching out to hire you. 5Star will provide your contact information and keep this private. Your current employer will never know.

Keep track of your Star Medal and Fan count.

Earn points from each rating and review.

Review Points:

5 pts per Fan Review you receive
5 pts per Fan that Follows you

Medal Points:

Diamond = 5 Pts
Platinum = 4 pts
Gold = 3 pts
Silver = 2 pts
Bronze = 1 pts

Status

Keep your Fans in the loop.

Enter your work hours for the week to let your Fans know when you are working. Update at anytime.

Click on the Megaphone icon to create your pinned message to all of your Fans.

Use this section to post employer specials, promotions, and discounts or any other shout-outs you want to send to your Fans.

You can update this as often as you want, this is a great to way to communicate directly to all of your Fans

Here you will see all your fan’s activity.

Select Fan to see their ratings and reviews of you.

Fans can update their rating of you at anytime. This allows you to work harder to improve your overall rating with each fan.

Here you will see all reviews from your Fans.

Fans can update their review of you at anytime. This allows you to work harder to improve your review.

This information will be used to create your AI resume’ (future feature).
